How high should a side table be?

The right height depends on its position. Beside a sofa it usually sits between 30 and 45 cm, while beside a bed the top should be close to mattress height, often 50 to 60 cm. SPHERE is 30 cm high and designed for seating areas.

Is there a side table at 60, 70 or 80 cm high?

Not in the standard range. Higher surfaces are covered by the console collection, and any form can be made at a requested height as a bespoke order. A drawing and fixed price confirm the details before production.

What else is a side table called in a living room?

Common terms include sofa table, occasional table and end table. They describe the small table beside a seat, unlike a coffee table, which stands centrally in front of the sofa and is usually larger.

Round or square, which is better?

A round table is practical beside an armchair because no corner projects into the movement area. A square top uses space more precisely beside a straight sofa edge or in a room corner. SPHERE is round because it is designed as a freestanding object.

How do I care for a stainless-steel and limestone side table?

Use a soft, dry cloth for stainless steel and avoid abrasive cleaners. Natural stone is sensitive to acids, so keep citrus residues, vinegar and acidic cleaners away. The binding care instructions are available on the product page.

How long does delivery take?

Production begins after the order and usually takes five to six weeks. Freight delivery to the kerbside is free of charge. Stocked pieces have a 14-day return period.

Can I order a bespoke side table?

Yes. Height, diameter, finish and material combinations can be adjusted. The piece is made in our German workshop after the drawing and fixed price have been approved.
