These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute the legal framework for the use of the website zincutec.eu and for all contracts between ZinCuTec GmbH, Siemensstraße 9‐11, 72622 Nürtingen (hereinafter "ZinCuTec") and the buyer.
ZinCuTec offers goods through an online shop at https://www.zincutec.eu/shop/. The following T&C apply to both consumers and businesses. The customer must confirm that they have read and understood the T&C before placing an order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
All prices are in Euros including statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs. Payment methods: advance payment (bank transfer), PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Sofortüberweisung / Klarna, Google Pay / Apple Pay.
The products displayed in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
For advance payments, the purchase agreement is concluded only upon dispatch of a separate order confirmation email or delivery. For PayPal, Google/Apple Pay, credit card, or Klarna, the contract is concluded upon payment instruction.
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer. Shipping via DHL or freight forwarding. The goods remain the property of ZinCuTec until full payment.
Delivery times are generally 5 to 6 weeks, and 7 to 8 weeks during summer and winter holidays.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
For consumers, the risk in a distance selling purchase passes to the consumer when the goods are handed over to them.
Within Germany (mainland), we deliver free of shipping costs to the curbside. For other countries, a flat rate of EUR 150 for freight forwarding and EUR 30 for parcels per product applies.
Unless otherwise agreed, the statutory warranty rights according to §§ 434 et seq. BGB (German Civil Code) apply.
The products consist of patinated copper, burnished brass, oxidized aluminum, and stainless steel. Surfaces develop individual color nuances due to natural oxidation and may show irregularities – this does not constitute a defect.
Please report transport damage to shop@zincutec.eu within 24 hours.
ZinCuTec's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to injury to life, body, health, or cardinal obligations.
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the GDPR and BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act). Details can be found in the privacy policy.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The provisions of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods do not apply.
