Every ZinCuTec piece is finished by hand. Slight differences in colour, gloss, texture and ageing are part of the material and make each piece unique.
Treat the surface gently so that its character and protection are preserved for as long as possible.
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry afterwards. Do not use aggressive, chemical or scouring products.
Clean gently in the direction of the brush pattern. Remove fingerprints, limescale, grease and dirt without abrasive pressure.
The brass patina is created by patination in the workshop and preserved by the sealing. Acids, salts, moisture, alcohol and unsuitable cleaners can cause stains or discolouration.
A seal increases protection, but does not make a surface scratch-proof, chemical-proof or maintenance-free.
Outdoor areas, wet rooms, showers, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, hospitality, hotels, public or heavily frequented areas, counters, worktops, permanent moisture, food contact and chemical exposure are suitable only if ZinCuTec has expressly confirmed the specific application in writing.
The statutory warranty applies. ZinCuTec does not provide an independent guarantee unless this has been expressly promised in writing and clearly designated as a guarantee. Consumer rights remain unaffected. Natural patina, material-typical variations, normal wear and damage caused by improper use or care do not automatically constitute a defect.

Drawings, dimensions, material, surface, samples, intended use, care and technical limits should be approved in writing. Returns or cancellations for custom work may be excluded where legally permitted.
Where legally applicable, commercial customers must inspect promptly and give notice of defects. Always inspect the piece before installation or further processing.
