How do I properly care for my metal products?

For cleaning, please use only a polishing cloth, slightly moistened with water or a special cleaner for lacquered surfaces. Do not use solvents or aggressive cleaning agents. Immediately remove standing water and wipe the surface dry.

What does ZinCuTec offer besides designer furniture?

In addition to exclusive designer furniture, we refine metal surfaces for projects in art, architecture, and facade design. Our services include individual patinations, surface treatments, and processing methods.

Do you also deliver larger quantities?

The delivery of large quantities, for example for restaurants or hotels, is possible by arrangement.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Since custom-made products are manufactured individually according to your specifications, cancellation or return is unfortunately not possible. Standard products in stock can be returned within 14 days.

Shipping damage – what to do?

Please check the goods for obvious transport damage upon delivery and have this confirmed in writing by the driver. Contact shop@zincutec.eu immediately.
