Stainless steel

A material that lasts.

Stainless steel does not show itself. It shows the room.

Iron, chromium and nickel, joined into a steel that does not rust. Cool in the light, clear in form and unchanged for years. That is why we build with it.

01 · Alloy

Iron, chromium, nickel.

From about ten per cent chromium, the steel forms an invisible protective layer on its surface. If it is damaged, it closes again by itself.

02 · Light

Cool light.

Stainless steel returns the light clearly and neutrally. It takes on the colours around it, sky, trees, stone, and so becomes part of them.

03 · Everyday

For every day.

Glasses, plates, long evenings. Stainless steel is made for daily use and never pushes itself into the foreground.

04 · Endurance

Stainless steel lasts.

It does not rust and does not darken. A damp cloth is enough to care for it. What is made today will look the same in years to come.

Brass lives. Stainless steel lasts.

Brushed stainless steel is always cleaned in the direction of the brushing, with a soft cloth and without abrasives. What is made today lasts.
