Each square is masked with precision; the dark areas are deliberately patinated for a calm, even depth, while the light squares are sanded and opened to create a clear contrast. Every nuance is set by hand, giving the material a living yet controlled structure.

Jedes THE ROYAL GAME wird in unserer Werkstatt in Deutschland gelasert, gekantet, geschweißt und veredelt.
Mit einem weichen, trockenen Tuch abwischen. Einmal im Jahr eine dünne Schicht des beigelegten Wachses auftragen. Messing patiniert mit der Zeit, dies ist beabsichtigt; wir lackieren nicht.
